Becoming a Home Owner

Knowledge is power, and WOF believes in empowering individuals through education. We conduct workshops and seminars aimed at educating potential homebuyers and renters. These educational programs cover a range of topics, including the home buying process, understanding credit scores, budgeting, and tenant rights. By equipping individuals with the right knowledge, we ensure potential homebuyers are well-prepared to make informed decisions about their housing options.

Experiencing Foreclosure

At the core of our mission is our relentless effort to prevent foreclosures. Foreclosure can be a devastating event for families, often leading to homelessness and financial ruin. The foundation provides crucial support to those at risk by offering counseling and financial assistance. By working closely with families, we help navigate the complexities of mortgage default and find sustainable solutions to keep families in their homes.

Crisis Services

We understand that financial hardships can strike unexpectedly, leaving families struggling to make ends meet. We provide crisis assistance to those facing difficulties with utility bills and other immediate financial needs. This support helps families avoid the cascading effects of financial instability, allowing them to regain their footing and work towards long-term stability.

For any or all of these services, our counselors and team are ready to help you navigate through the various situations.
